NOTICE OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION OF CONTRACT
Pursuant to Section 16-6-116 of the Wyoming Statutes to all persons, firms, or corporations who have any claim for any work done, or any material furnished to Recco, Inc. dba Five-R Co., for the Laramie County EMA/CLCPH Archer Storage Facility at 3962 Archer Parkway, Cheyenne, WY 82009.
Notification is hereby given that Laramie County has accepted substantial completion according to the Contract Documents and rules set forth in the contract documents, and that said Contractor is entitled to final settlement. That on January 6, 2025 final payment will be made to Recco, Inc. dba Five-R Co., with regard to the Laramie County EMA/CLCPH Archer Storage Facility Project.
Any claim for payment, services, labor or materials furnished to the Contractor for this project must file a written notice with the Owner’s Representative for Laramie County prior to January 6, 2025. Any claim not filed before this date shall be waived.
