The Board of Laramie County Commissioners hereby gives notice of a public hearing for the formation of an improvement and service district. The purpose of the proposed district is to provide for the maintenance, reconstruction, snow removal and clearance of the existing paved streets within the boundaries of the proposed district, to wit: Etta Place, Longabaugh Way and Robert Parker Trail. The name of the proposed district is Woods Landing Estates Road Maintenance Improvement & Service District. The boundaries of the proposed district include the land situated and within the boundaries of Tract 6 thorough Tract 30 of the Woods Landing Estates subdivision in Laramie County, WY.
The public hearing will be held on Tues, Aug 6, 2024, at 3:30 pm at 310 W 19th St, Ste 310, Cheyenne, WY, in accordance with W.S. § 22-29-109. All interested persons may appear and be heard on all matters affecting the creation of the proposed district.
